Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is the only course within your MBA program (besides your Capstone) project that allows you to collaborate with other students! It was fund to finally meet other colleagues that were on the same path as you!

    Course highlights:

Highlights of the course consisted of learning and communicating in a virtual work group as a team. This was mainly a refresher to me because I have 4 years or more working remotely. I did learn to lead others because I was assigned to lead the team.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Prepare to work as a team! Get organized! If you have a determined team, this course can be completed within a 2 weeks!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is tough! It takes you beyond knowledge and moves you into application. Knowing and doing are two separate things!

    Course highlights:

The course talks about major theories and leadership approaches as well as personal leadership development. It also focuses on development and motivations and speaks on how to influence your employees and manage organization culture.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take all of the webinars offered by Dr. Joe O'Brien. I did not pass the objective exam the first time. I totally underestimated the course. Dr. O'Brien's webinars were eye openers!
