Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Good way to look at your own work and how it translates into leadership.

    Course highlights:

To become a better writer and use that to improve communication with others.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't underestimate yourself and your ability to lead. Often, little things you do everyday in your work are leadership skills you take for granted as "just part of or doing your job". The work you so is so much more, take the time to really look at what you do and how it inspires others.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a required course. It is very interesting. The course mentors are always available and helpful. This course is self paced but you can work through it very quickly.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed this course because of the information offered. I was able to learn about myself as a nurse and my own nursing practices. This course requires you to analyze yourself within your career. It also gives you the ability to improve yourself as a person and nurse.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You should do the sections one at at time. Do not try to read everything and then write the paper. You should look at the information required in each section and read the available articles and lessons that help you complete that part of the paper.
