    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was fantastic. Brooke Allen is an angel and though I don't know her well, I'll miss her for the year and a half she'll be on sabbatical. She is a great teacher. The course also expanded my knowledge immensely on Pakistani culture and the overall history of the Eastern Hemisphere and the world.

    Course highlights:

The books, Brooke, the class discussions; everything.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you know what you're getting into. Do every reading with care and attention, AND in a timely manner otherwise you'll fall behind quickly. Talk to Brooke Allen and go to the office hours, even if you don't think you're having problems.
