This class was tough.
This course focuses conflict and conflict resolution within the international arena. The course explores how conflict is gendered and disproportionately effects women and children throughout the developing world.
The highlights of the course were the robust amount of scholarly materials reviewed and discussed throughout the semester. The classroom discussion explored throughout the course revolve around conflict, conflict resolutions, human security, and human rights within conflict zones in Africa predominantly.

This course requires and extensive amount of reading and studying. However, the instructor is one of the best at the university and will help you succeed at every turn. The research paper is time intensive and requires extensive research, however, it makes you a better student by learning robust qualitative and quantitative data analyst.
