    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend Nutrition 203 because it is a cultural nutrition class that introduces to the student various cultural options of nutrition, as well as discusses different staples in nutrition. As notable examples are: tofu, potatoes, corn and so forth. It also emphasizes the importance of healthy nutrition, especially for children, and the avoidance of unhealthy good items, such as sugar, high fructose corn syrup.

    Course highlights:

While I knew a lot about tofu and potatoes, I learned new things about corn and other cultures' food, such as sushi and African diets.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the material and you will do just fine.
