    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Matthews is an excellent teacher because she goes the information in great detail. I never felt confused about the material she taught us.

    Course highlights:

She used various ways of teaching to maintain our interests. I never found the class boring and enjoyed watching videos, taking notes from powerpoints, reading articles, and the end of the year group project/presentation.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class, keep up with reading, take notes and you will get an A. There is no reason to have a C in her class, it is not a difficult class and she really tries to make it interesting. Her tests and quizzes are pretty straight forward and she does not try to confuse you. She is a fair grader and gives extra credit opportunities.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The teacher was very nice and her lectures were easy to follow. She had clear and concise powerpoints with videos that held the students' attention. You have one group project with each person writing a 2-3 page paper which was not hard.

    Course highlights:

I was interested in most of the history she covered in Europe. I learned about the history of the Berlin Wall and a lot of important information about Eastern Europe I had never heard about.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class and you will have no issue if you listen and take notes. Also, do at least one or two extra credit assignments because she gives you a lot of opportunities!
