    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course can be extremely challenging if you do not have a biology/neuroscience background. Dr. Brasser is extremely nice and is willing to answer questions. Study the PowerPoint and you should be fine because study guides are comprehensive and does not properly prepare you for the tests.

    Course highlights:

It is an extremely interesting course, but very technical. A lot of the lecture revolves around neurotransmitter (which one does what) but once you go passed the technicality, it is easy to see how they apply to real life scenarios.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the power point! Class is all test based and the test are worth very little (30pts), book is not needed, drops worse grade, and EC provided.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor is very good and making lectures informative and relevant, especially when it comes to exams. That being said GO TO CLASS, it will help a lot!

    Course highlights:

Professor Brasser really stayed on top of what's current in neuroscience by telling the class of interesting new advances in the field and tying it into her lectures, this made the class a lot more interesting and easier to remember the lessons.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

GO TO CLASS. It will help a lot! And use flash cards, it increased my test scores.
