    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course because not only do you get to learn a great deal about cinematography, but you learn how to work in groups with the people in your class. Lighting and camera are two crucial components in film as well as learning how to collaborate and these are the things you learn in this course.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part about this course were all of the projects that I have been able to produce. As a film student I know that here in school may be the only time in my life that I have complete creative control over projects so I want to take advantage of that. Making quality film is hard. It requires a lot of work and a lot of lighting, and this class teaches you that. But the opportunity to learn and make more films is absolutely worth it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice I have for students wanting to take this course is show what you have to offer by being active. Group work is a huge part of this course and the professor notices how much effort you are putting in as opposed to the rest of the class. Be a person that people will want to work with so you can make a great film.
