    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor is wonderful. If you put in the effort the professor will only want to help you to succeed.

    Course highlights:

In this course one thing I was able to learn about cellular respiration which is something our body does everyday. We eat food and that food then is converted to energy so we can perform everyday activities.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

For this course you have to put the time and energy in to pass. You cannot slack off and think you could pass the class at the end easily. The best thing to do would be to stay on top of all of your assignments and be sure to study for quizzes and exams.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

although this course requires critical thinking and a lot of study time, the knowledge you get in return is worth it all

    Course highlights:

the highlights of this class were when our professor would incorporate some fun into the learning. as we all know biology itself is very rigorous and we continue to learn more as technology increases and can be a lot to process and retain and sometimes you just need that tension breaker and he was always that tension breaker for me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

read chapters before going to lecture. you will receive a course schedule so you will know what you will be going over in each lecture. i suggest reading all chapters prior to their lecture that way you don't go into class lost.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Very intense course, but Dr. Koo makes it tolerable because of his bubbly/comedic personality. This class requires tons of reading and possibly some outside resources such as utilizing youtube in order to help you grasp some of the more complicated concepts.

    Course highlights:

Dr. Koo is a hard but fair professor. I learned a new way to study.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to study. Be prepared to work hard.
