    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to someone who is having difficulty in the introduction levels of English. The teacher is very thorough and she is concerned for the well-being of her students. She is very practical and is relatable to her students.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was that there were only three papers that consisted of the same topic. This allowed for an easier course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Complete the homework, write the papers, and attend class.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The reason why I would recommend this course with Professor Fuller is that not only is she is great professor, but studying and work is required to pass this course. Being in college is a lot different then high school. Time management, studying, and homework, are just a few that are a must to succeed through college. Knowing that I have to continuously keep up with homework, reading, and checking my agenda for this course has dramatically helped me do well another courses. Though this class is a lower division course, I have been so much more prepared for my upper division courses as they required a lot more time and effort on my part. Professor Fuller indeed prepares students for their upper division courses so they are familiar with what is expected.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was knowing more about the english language. Though it seems that many of us already know the proper grammar, spelling, and components of an essay, there is so much more to it that I didn't even see coming. I thought that as long as it included proper spelling, grammar, an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion then I would be set to go, unfortunately that is not the case. Proper sentence structure, spacing, sentence length are just a handful of things to watch when writing. The English language is a lot more complicated and for me knowing what to look for has allowed me to write more confidently and sophisticated.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students that are considering taking this course to keep up on reading the short stories, articles, and passages Professor Fuller mentions in class. Everyday in class we would have one chapter which would contain 4-5 short stories that we would be assigned to read. The following class we would have a quiz, but we would not know which story she choose to quiz us on. Reading all the passages that are assigned is crucial as these are a big part of the course. Being openminded and confident in the abilities that you possess is also very important in succeeding in this course.
