    Understanding how everything works and how complicated the human body is.

    Take advantage of his office hours. Exams are difficult so you MUST take the time to study and take good notes.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This is an amazing class that opens the students eyes to how our bodies function on an exercising level. The effects are laid out and reveal the epidemic of the unhealthy lifestyles that our culture is heading toward and why we as kinesiology students need to be aware of this.

    Course highlights:

    Highlights included knowledge in areas of metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. These areas were highlighted throughout the course and provided information regarding the leading causes to these epidemics in America.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study hard and review the material nightly. This is a great course that will help open your eyes asa kinesiology student why we need to be aware of our population living unhealthy lifestyles.
