Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is very informative and the professor is very encouraging and helpful.

    Course highlights:

This is a good course to take but not a light one. There is a lot of information that will be covered and it is usually offered 3 days per week so you really have to stay on top of it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Taking Old Testament Survey will help. Stay Organized! You will cover a lot of information in this class. The material isn't hard but there's no time to slack off.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend the class because it is very informative. You will learn a great deal of information about the books of the New Testament and the professor makes the learning easy and fun. You are provided with study guides that are easy to follow and help prepare you for quizzes. I would most definitely study the guides carefully throughout the course so that you will be well-prepared for the midterm and final as they cover a lot of material and are fairly difficult.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of background history about what was taking place during the time Jesus Christ was alive. I also learned to better understand the language and symbols used in Revelation and other books of the New Testament.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You have to complete the study guides each week to learn the material that will be on the quizzes that week. Without the study guides, you will not learn about the information that you're quizzed on until the day of class. You should also hold on to the study guides because you will need them to prepare for the midterm and final.

This professor makes the class interesting and engages with students on a personal level.

From taking this course I was able to learn more about the New Testament and the details from that part of the Bible that I never knew. Now I have a stronger and better understanding of the New Testament and feel like my faith has grown and I can speak about the bible with a stronger knowledge.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to keep up with the reading.
