    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course sets you on a track torwards meaning making and diving into who you are individually and collectively, in a variety of arenas of your life. It assists you in thinking philisophically about who we are as human beings and how we can live more fufilling and soul satisfying lives.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to commnicate through moral conversation, listened and shared stories in order find the collective nature, and explored the eight meaning quests ( hopes/dreams, morals/ethics, religion/spirituality, relationships, identity, vocation/career, service, and self-care.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Be prepared to do alot of SPN writing ( Scholarly Personal Narrative). You will be engaging in mindful moments, lots of open dialogue/discussion, sharing, reading, and internal reflection.
