    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Great class to learn about weight training. This class was good to learn if you wanted to be a coach or fitness instructor.

    Course highlights:

    Hand on training. It was like taking a gym class but more intense. If you learn by doing, this class is for you.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Have fun! Wear work out clothes because your going to sweat!
