    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course with Burzumato because he is a great professor and really goes through his material with specific details.

    Course highlights:

    I learned that anybody could have food insecurity even police officers.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    You need to do the readings that he assigns and study at least 3 hours for his test.

    If you are interested in how food impacts culture in both negative and positive ways then this isthe course for you.

    Course highlights:

    Talked a lot about food poverty, hunger, and how where you come from effects how you live your life.

    Do all assignments to the best of your ability and ALL extra credit.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This is one of the few courses that I feel provided actual real-life knowledge.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about the American class system and various family and poverty dynamics. Extremely useful information.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    The best way to pass this course is to just pay attention and take notes. It is a little heavy with readings but it's not difficult.
