    Course Overview:

    If you are interested in how food impacts culture in both negative and positive ways then this isthe course for you.

    Course highlights:

    Talked a lot about food poverty, hunger, and how where you come from effects how you live your life.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do all assignments to the best of your ability and ALL extra credit.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This is one of the few courses that I feel provided actual real-life knowledge.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about the American class system and various family and poverty dynamics. Extremely useful information.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    The best way to pass this course is to just pay attention and take notes. It is a little heavy with readings but it's not difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course is a great intro into college course. It taught me how to effectively work and study as a college student.

    Course highlights:

    A highlight of this course would be the chapter on food insecurity. He taught the subject so thoroughly and in such an interesting way that it made me want to go outside of the classroom to learn more on the subject.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I recommend that you take all of the homework seriously. They are a great study tool when the quizzes and tests come around.
