    Course Overview:

    Its is needed for an HES major, and it is a good beginners class to take. Make sure you read everything since its a small textbook.

    It is very interesting for me to learn who I can teach people and myself to get the most benefit from proper exercise and training

    It was a very thorough overview of kinetics and physiology
