Tong is a great professor. She really cares about her students and tries to make the class as easy as possible.

I loved this class. In high school I struggled a lot with math and always hated it so I figured the same would be in store for me in college, however, that was not the case. My professor (Ryan Carpenter) made me love math and get my first overall A in a math class!

In order to succeed in the class, show up to class because attendance is taken and do the online homework

Course Overview:
She is such a great teacher when you don't understand the material she is always willing to help you after class or during her office hours.She really cares about all of her students doing well and she does a ton of practice problems so that you are able to grasp the concept of what she is teaching.
Course highlights:
The highlights of the course was getting to know my professor on a personal level we talked about her kids and she asked me what I wanted to do when I graduated. I learned how to do the null and alternative hypothesis, test statistics and the critical values.

Advice for students:
Always ask for help when you don't understand a certain subject the professor is teaching on because you will get lost the further in depth the professor gets into the subject.
