    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would completely recommend this course! It gave great background knowledge for all aspects of health, without going into super detailed lectures. This course will provide you with great USEFUL facts and hints that will help you throughout the rest of your life!

    Course highlights:

This course really gave me some background knowledge that will be useful throughout the rest of life! This course really touched on a wide variety of the general aspects of health. We learned about smoking, drinking, and drugs and how each effects different aspects of our health. All kinds of diseases and conditions were discussed. We also went into sexual health and talking about right and wrong ways to be sexually active. Nutrition also was discussed in the course which I loved!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students considering this course to definently read the textbook and go over the slides! Percentages weren't really necessary to memorize, however the general information should be understood.
