    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I loved this course. It showed me how much I love exercise and fitness. The teacher shared her love of fitness to each of her students.

    Course highlights:

    This course was great because it truly allowed us to workout and put what we learned in lecture to use.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would advice them to study, but truly understand the purpose of the information they are learning.

    Not only am I strongly interested in this material, but the professor made it even more exciting and helped me learn more about exercise science!

    Course highlights:

    Learning about nutrients and how they effect the body and how much of each one we need was my favorite part.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Take it!! Read the book throughly. Even though it's not stressed to you, do it because it'll be worthwhile on the exams.
