Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I went into this class dragging my feet, certain that it would be boring. After all, I don't want to research all my life. By the end of the first week, I was excited. The video clips were very practical, and the textbook was easy to read and comprehend.

    Course highlights:

This course taught the fundamentals of research. It simplified terms and made them memorable. Now I feel as though I could conduct a basic research project that would produce accurate results.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of the reading and homework. Also, pace yourself. Take the assignments to heart--they will help you succeed and fully understand what you are learning.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it introduces one to the basics of research, while relating that information to real life experiences. This approach helps eliminate the panic sometimes associated with Psychology courses and leaves the student in a relatively serene state instead.

    Course highlights:

I gained a better understanding of the various research approaches used in research as well as the difference in pseudoscience and science. However, the highlight was the importance of validity in research.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Students, should make sure they get enough rest each night and make sure that they read all the assignments.
