Pretty easy, overall.
It was an awesome introductory course to nutrition. I learned a lot about what I eat, and what I should be eating.
The best part of the course was taking your own dietary intake and analyzing it through the semester. I got to see WHAT I should be eating and HOW it helps my body perform.

Stay on top of your course work and really learn the material. Learning it and understanding it will help with the quizzes and will also help for later courses.
