    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was one of the most challenging, yet most beneficial I have ever been a part of. Professor Maddox is tough, I won't lie! But she truly cares about the level of training we each receive. She wants us to be the best teachers we can be and that makes the class so very worth it.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much in this class. Professor Maddox had us read many different types of literature and had us practice the things we can use in our classrooms. Again, she is tough, but really cares about us each as future educators and this is so evident in the way that she prepares and teaches us.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to do a lot of homework! There is tons of work that goes into this classroom, but know ahead of time that it is also front heavy - most of the homework and projects are at the beginning but it gets easier as you go on.
