    Course Overview:

It is a required course, so it cannot be avoided.

    Course highlights:

Working in teams is detrimental to your grade.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Know how to write an APA formatted paper and do not turn anything in late. The Professors for this course do not care about the problems in your life, a deadline is a deadline!!!!!!!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Yes, I would recommend this course as every leader should want to increase his/her knowledge of organizational leadership and management. However, the student should be very aware that the course discussion's are group based.

    Course highlights:

Online group work helped me to understand the ups and downs that a leader may have to go through as far as considering co-workers, followers, etc and their perspectives. One person may like to lead to prove themselves to others while others may lead in a way that is not directly in a front line way. All members have to know when their "role" is needed to meet the groups goal to ensure success.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared for multiple reading and writing assignments (most of which are group related).
