    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Due to the constant need of printing out hard copies of assignment I would have rather taken it online or at a community college. Printing is not cheap!!!

    Course highlights:

I did learn about the new MLA format and more about proper academic writing. I didnt not even know that MLA had changed. Also i now know how to create a proper work cited entry without the use of EasyBib or any other website.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it online if you can, but if not make sure to stay organized because there are assignment due almost every class period. Although each assignment is only worth 5 or 10 points, those points add up and can make a huge difference in your final grade.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course improves argumentative writing and breaking down concepts such as the Toulmin Argument. The teacher and material are well presented, and the online program was easily accessible. It was a great experience

    Course highlights:

Learning more about the Toulmin argument and visual arguments used in different forms of media including advertisements and signs. The class also emphasised peer review and discussion throughout the semester.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with every assignment. While it is easy to fall behind, there has to be a level of maturity and responsibility to turn in all assignments on time and fully completed.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is much harder than it seems. The papers are intense, and the GSA's are not always helpful.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to properly format and structure an essay. I also learned how to effectively use grammar for greater persuasive impact.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This course has a heavy workload, so be prepared to balance it out with the rest of your work.
