    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

With this course, you're able to improve your public speaking in a small class of about 20 students and will be able to get feedback from them and your graduate student assistant.

    Course highlights:

Through this course, I truly was able to become more comfortable with speaking in front of a group of people. Although, 20 may not seem like a lot, it's a great, not-as-intimidating, start to public speaking.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't procrastinate on your MSDs and don't miss any. The points will add up and they're pretty easy hundreds. It also will help a lot on your actual speech.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend it but it is a course requirement so embrace the uncomfortable.

    Course highlights:

Learning to give a better speech. I hate making videos but there were lessons learned.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be specific in outlines, certain professors can be very strict.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is very important to learn how to speak well in a public setting, and in front of others. This course teaches the fundamentals of public speaking and helps the student to become a better speaker.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed giving speeches. We are required to give at least 4-5 speeches every semester on different topics, and that helps the student to practice what he or she has learned from the teacher.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Have lots of note cards, and spend lots of time practicing good speaking habits.
