    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend it but it is a course requirement so embrace the uncomfortable.

    Course highlights:

Learning to give a better speech. I hate making videos but there were lessons learned.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be specific in outlines, certain professors can be very strict.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is very important to learn how to speak well in a public setting, and in front of others. This course teaches the fundamentals of public speaking and helps the student to become a better speaker.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed giving speeches. We are required to give at least 4-5 speeches every semester on different topics, and that helps the student to practice what he or she has learned from the teacher.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Have lots of note cards, and spend lots of time practicing good speaking habits.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The main effort needed for the course was giving speeches to a small group of peers. This helped me to stretch myself in my speech skills as well as make some good friends.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of the course was giving the speeches. I learned that my weakness is speaking too fast. The course helped me to better my speech to a slower pace.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For the tests, make sure to study the notes well. That will greatly increase your chances of doing well on the test.
