    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Great class that allows the manager to see his workforce from various perspectives.

    Course highlights:

    The self evaluations and interpersonal communication studies were really helpful.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you take good notes when reading- the quiz questions come straight out of the reading.

    I recommend this course because it gives excellent basis for managing a business or public administration management tools.

    Great Professor student interaction and excellent basic management skills

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you take adequate time for studying and reading the material. Interact with classmates as much as possible.
