    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course was very enlightening. It gives you a full overview of the human service profession.

    Course highlights:

    First, I learned how to better communicate. I learned that one should be an active listener to be a good helper. The human service professional must be flexible and show empathy. Keep in mind he code of ethics when working with clients.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Manage your time. Try to work ahead. Set mini goals for yourself. Take time to relax and regroup if necessary.
