Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it sets foundation for students interested in going into the medical field. The course covers the general information on topics from atoms and molecules to DNA replication. Though this course is a general course, it is not a course to take lightly. It is rigorous enough to prepare students for the level of dedication needed to remain in the medical field.

    Course highlights:

One of the highlights of this course is the depth. Although it is a general biology course, it dives deep enough into the material for one to grow a greater appreciation for the natural world. On top of this, Dr. Sattler is a very good professor. He knows how to relate to the students and is more than willing to help anyone towards their success as a student.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be intimidated by level of material but also don't take it lightly. Be wise in your time management and establish good study habits that will carry you through the semester.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Only take it if you need it for Biology, or are really good at Biology. Its a weed-out course. The final is the saving grace.

    Course highlights:

That I don't wanna do anything Biology related.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Prepare for each test like crazy, study powerpoints, and then study the previous tests fro the final.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is ridiculously hard for someone coming into college. Definitely not your parents' biology class. This course goes into depth on processes you thought you had a solid working knowledge of in ways you would never expect.

    Course highlights:

i learned various things about cellular life and the processes that are featured in biology, such as photosynthesis and the Krebs cycle

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all of the work. Take all of the notes and make a study group. This class is incredibly difficult without preparation.
