    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This course is an extremely fun course if you have this teacher at John Tyler Community College. Its not just for people who love Jazz, you also learn about music technology, rock n roll, the 80's, 70's, 60's and bebop as well as many others. Just pay attention participate in questions and always do your homework.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about Jazz history, how it started and how it influenced other musical genres like rock roll and techno as well as the popular music of today.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read your chapters participate in debates and questions. Listen to your listening assignments and have fun listening to many different jazz songs.
