    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it serves as a background to upper level biology courses and provides a great base knowledge of genetics. This course connected the written information learned in a textbook with real-world examples.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed the lab portion of this course since we were able to apply what we had been learning to real-life examples. This course allowed me to more confidently solve statistics problems, as well.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed, attend every lecture and pay attention. Reading the textbook is also very helpful. Additionally, I recommend studying a little bit each night rather than cramming the night before an exam.
