    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I took this class as my art appreciation credit, and I have not once regretted it. It was very informative of ancient greek and roman mythology but also explored the history behind the myths as well as modern day studies. This class took a psychological approach to many of the myths, focussing greatly on Oedipus. Professor Arans' interest in the topic really helped to make me excited for the class!

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot about Freud's Oedipus theory and explored myths that were similar to Greek and Roman from around the world.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study your notes and make sure you show up for class. There is not much assigned reading, so if you do not show up to class, you will not know the information.
