    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor of the class was incredibly genuine and open-minded when teaching the course and introducing new concepts and ideas. I enjoyed going to class and learned valuable lessons to use in my everyday life, I could not speak any higher of this course!

    Course highlights:

This course gave an incredibly raw look at the way cultures and society functions, and how mixing two cultures can create amazing opportunities as well as create some conflicts that each society would be blind to without realizing it. It was eye-opening and really gave me a greater appreciation for the idea that just because some people may be different from my culture, it doesn't mean they're lesser, only different.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Professor James is very easy to communicate with and willing to help whenever necessary, don't hesitate to take a class with him!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a unique perspective on human interaction that most people outside of the discipline are not familiar with. It challenges your way of thinking about people, especially if you're a psychology major, like myself, who focuses on human behavior.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were our discussions on the way humans model themselves after society and in turn create the models of society itself.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the reading before the first class of the week and take detailed notes.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course is poorly designed. The topic is interesting, but hard to get invested in.

    Course highlights:

This course contains fascinating readings on other cultures.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this class, take high quality notes on all the readings. It is the only way to pass the pop quizzes.
