Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love business and as a Freshman coming in Professor Sledge made the course exciting. The course details the pertinent information, one wishing to pursue a business degree needs. The foundation is laid and information is taught that will help you either be confident in your career choice or show you that it may not be the best choice for you.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was seeing how excited Professor Sledge was in sharing the information. An enthusiastic professor is encouraging and always ready to help and share information and knowledge. I learned in this course thus far that discipline and dedication are a must and that having a passion about your business will take you far.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Use this course to help guide you in truly deciding on your major. Everything in life requires some degree of business thinking. This course will help you with your college career as well as your future career post graduation.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend the course simply because its a very hard course to stay focused in. I am a hands on learner and there's very little hands on activity in the classroom. Some of the material is basic common sense but you have nothing to show for it unless you end up in that area in your career.

    Course highlights:

I did learn that there a lot of aspects to the world of business. You have to have a lot of preknowledge to succeed whether its entrepreneurship or management or any other concentration in business.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to you is to stay organized, be attentive, stay focused no matter what, and study outside of class. The amount of time you spend studying should be the time that you spend in that class times two or three. It's a lot of information to take in but studying will definitely help you.
