Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Remhof is one of the best teachers I've had! I thought I would hate philosophy coming into this course. However, he showed us his love and passion for it making not to difficult to understand. He also really cares about his students. The first day he took the time to learn all of our names and he actually remember them through the semester. Philosophy is a requirement for a lot of major because it shows creative thinking. Therefore, if you want to excel and understand the material, I would definitely recommend Professor Remhof.

    Course highlights:

I liked that Professor Remhof knew what he was talking about. This helped me to the learn the material a lot better then I would have. I liked that he would tie the information into different subjects like biology. I am a biology major, so this definitely helped me to deeper understand the argument since it's easier for me to think on more of a biology level. Overall, I just love how he was willing to help his students and he always made his classes fun! He even brought in his dog for the last day!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend going to his office hours. Throughout the semester, he assigns eight papers. If you go to his office hours he is willing to read over your rough draft and give you some pointers. Its definitely worth going as these papers count as your only test grades for the course. It definitely helped me and didn't take a bunch of time at all!

    Course Overview:

Although my life was a bit too hectic to enjoy the course, the guy knew what he was teaching. He didn't make the students feel uncomfortable in a new setting, as most of us were freshman.

In a way, this class really reminded me of my moral obligations.
