Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course gave me the base of knowledge that I needed to really understand strength and conditioning. This professor was my favorite professor throughout my undergraduate experience and I would recommend that every exercise science major take as many of his classes as possible.

    Course highlights:

I learned proper lifting techniques as well as the muscle groups that go in to each lift. I also learned how to coach others and the best way to conduct an exercise regimen.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and work on your form outside of class. Part of the class is showing the professor that you can use proper lifting techniques. The more you practice, the better you will be on test day.
