    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Intriguing course in which you will be blown away by some of the things you will learn!

    Course highlights:

the highlights of the course were surprisingly the papers because of the topics that were given. Very easy and interesting to be able to almost tell a story through your own writing. I learned some patterns and motives behind some people's behaviors that i would've never even thought of!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Indulge in it fully, find what interest you within it and run with it!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend taking this course. I loved the material and Professor Lopez did a wonderful job at explaining all the topics and material in detail. Taking this course made me want to take more sociology courses and possibly minor in it.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the PASS sessions that you could attend if you didn't fully understand something or wanted extra help studying. It's a great tool for students to use since the PASS instructors were precious students or Professor Lopez. One of my favorite things that I learned was how you can gain so much insight about a person based on their actions specifically the 3 sociological imagination factors.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this class just make sure you do the reading quizzes on connect because at the end of the course it'll give you a couple extra credit points and attend the PASS sessions if you think you need extra help. The PASS sessions are definitely helpful and if you don't feel comfortable getting a tutor that's something to take advantage of since multiple people taking that class go to them. Just always read and study for test and you should do great.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Lopez is a hardworking, persistent professor. He does require daily attendance, but you won't want to miss a single class because of how enthralling they are!

    Course highlights:

I gained insights on what causes people to act the way they do, due to causes from familial as well as societal stressors. I learned exactly what sociology is (the study of the relationship between individuals and society, and the consequences of difference that arise from that) and how to apply that definition in real-life scenarios.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely read the chapter prior to attending class! Lopez discusses it and he does want people to interact with the material like he does. He also responds to emails within minutes (which is almost unheard of), so if you have any questions at all, email away!
