Yes I would, very useful in understanding how binary works and how computers operate. You get to learn how to solve real life word problems like calculating the instruction time for different programs so that you can learn how to determine which computer is better.
The highlights were the in class exercises, and how the teacher gave us fun word problems to work out in class to have a better understanding of the material. You also get to understand different computer projects that are being built around the world.

To go to the teacher's office hours if you have any problems or questions and to always ask questions during class if you are confused because all new material build on past material. I also recommend starting the homework early, because each problem has many steps.
