Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I recommend Social Psychology from a sociological perspective because not only does it highlight social life as a whole, but from the individual view point as well!!
In this course I learned that the world relies heavily on social forces to make decisions, even though most people are not aware of this; however, this brings about the argument of agency vs structure, or the idea that we have the free will to make our own decisions or choices, but the way social life is structured in our world, we tend to make those choices based on beliefs or what others may have taught us.

Advice for students:
The only advice I give to students taking Social Psychology (with a sociological perspective) is that your mind should be open to the theories that are presented and really think about how our social life is structured no matter how independent or isolated we may think we are.
