    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course allowed me to develop my writing skills and improve them significantly. Although Dr. Jacob's is a tougher professor than most. She wants everyone to succeed.

    Course highlights:

Before taking this course, I was not very confident about my writing or grammar. Now, my grammar and writing has improved a lot. The difference between my previous writings and the ones now are astonishing!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Dr. Jacobs can be unclear sometimes. She is not very fond with the use of technology in class. It is important to do all the assigned readings. There may be pop quizzes!

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course goes very fast and has a great deal of reading. In class it is very hard to follow, ideas fly all over and there is a small amount of structure in this class.

    Course highlights:

This course is very good for learning vocabulary and basic essay types.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to take notes and pay attention. If you don't like reading or writing then you may not like this class due to the amount of reading and writing.
