    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is especially hard because of the way that Dr. Jacobs teaches it. She repeats everything that was supposed to be done for reading during class, but the readings are critically important for the exams and quizzes since that is what she bases everything off.

    Course highlights:

I honestly learned how to be a true teacher's pet through this class because that is what got me the grades. Through this class, I learned a lot about writing skills. DEFINITELY, buy all the books that she says to buy as they will save your life through the semester and through the rest of your college career.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get the books and participate in class. Don't bother bringing any technology to class as she doesn't let you use it. And don't sit in the front or back rows.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because not only is it a general education requirement but I learned valuable information which has helped me succeed in my following classs.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to effectively plan, prepare, and write a decent knowledgeable well-written essay. I learned how to brainstorm, draft, edit, revise, and publish my papers. The knowledge, tools, and skills I gained from this course have continued to assist me with my writing in general.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I suggest that students taking this course should allocate specific times to work on writing. Writing can be a long process so be sure to give yourself plenty of time instead of procrastinating.
