    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is required for Musical Theatre, Acting and some other conservatory majors. Mac used to teach it but I know is retiring soon. That being said, the course may not change much.

    Course highlights:

This course is theatre and theatrical things from the beginning of time up through the Industrial revolution. American Musical Theatre (Separate course) then takes it from there and goes up to today.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

BUY THE BOOK! Everyone says you don't need it but if you want to pass a single test, you will! I'm personally not good at taking notes from a lecture alone and the book helped me understand what he was lecturing on. The test questions were based off book material so if you're trying to save money by not getting it, you'll pay for it with you grade. I got the book used for like $1.00, so save your GPA and read the text book!
