    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it had a very interesting subject and made me more culturally aware and respectful.

    Course highlights:

I loved the low stress environment that Professor Garver created and the fun that she incorporated into each lesson.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Have good writing skills. The professor doubles as an English professor and really only assigns essays, so brush up on your grammar a little before your first assignment!

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend it because it teaches you that you could be worse off.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course is when we went to New York and eat the different foods they have.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to eat and eat new foods and share how you feel.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was very science based and was fun information to learn, but wasn't worth the outcome. Many assignments were due all at once, requiring you to double up on essay writing. Not enough time was given for the quality of work she wanted. And lots of group work

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course was how we got to see how media distorts science. Learned lots about GMO's, vaccines, and Climate change.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Find a good partner, and if you want a good grade, you may have to do all the work yourself.
