Pretty easy, overall.
I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in computer science but not necessarily a computer person. Craig Dill is probably my favorite professor this semester and I believe the other professors who teach this course are also very well liked.
This course gives a really good over view of computer science. You start with a basic overview of what makes computers work, then go into HTML, then into programming with JAVA then finish with Excel. There are 12 homework assignments but the two lowest scores and get dropped and two exams.

Advice for students:
Go to office hours. Professor Dill will literally walk you completely though the homework assignments (which are 60% of the final grade.) How to lecture, ask questions, and say hello after class. If the professor knows who you are, the class will be a much better experience.
