    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class allows you to look at the world in a new aspect and gets you to question somethings

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot on controversial topics that were fundamentally philosophical in nature dealing with sense of self and existence

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with the readings and study the notes in class

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Good introductory course for a general overview of philosophy; good textbook selection. The professor was a bit hard to understand (accent-wise), but he was nice and approachable. The best part of the course though, was the discussion lectures; my TA (Matt Tirrigan) was awesome, and broke down the material in a more understandable, and relatable, manner.

    Course highlights:

Matt Tirrigan (my TA) made this course awesome. He was a phenomenal instructor. He was also very approachable and passionate about the course subject.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to the discussion lectures. You get a better interaction with the subject material than in the main lecture.
