Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Professor Hoosier is hilarious. She's super chill and just an amazing lecturer. She's all over the place, but in a good way. There were always insightful discussions, more like comments I guess, in class. There's not too much to read and what we do we read is very very intriguing.
Honestly, the highlights were that she pushed back the midterm, the reading quiz, and our book report, and shortened our final paper. But on subject matter, I learned a lot about, well race and ethnicity, and what that means in American society regarding education, wealth, media, housing, the prison system and other dimensions.

Advice for students:
Definitely do the readings. You don't necessarily need to them to understand lecture cause she will tell you everything, but you do need to know them for the quizzes and tests because you have to be able to support your claims when writing on a certain subject.
