    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course for anyone going into Psychology or medicine. Very informative class and puts down a great frame work what abnormal Psychology is and how to approach it.

    Course highlights:

Overall it was a great class. My personal highlight from the class was the chapter we did on stress and the effects it has on not only mental health but also on physical health. Being a college student stress is a part of everyday life so it was interesting to learn about how stress impacts the body and the importance of relaxing every once in awhile.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Have some background in Psychology, like intro or personality, it will help having some foundation. Also read the textbook, its actually pretty interesting, especially the case studies, and will make the exams that much easier.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I took this class in the early evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the professor always made it worth it to come. She was funny, engaging, and had the experience in the field to effectively teach us about abnormal psychology.

    Course highlights:

It's been a few years since I took this class, but I remember learning a lot about different psychological disorders and did well on the tests.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the powerpoints and take little notes of how to remember things.
