    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Easy to understand and very structured

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot of knowledge about biology through this class, it was very structured, which I enjoyed, so you always knew what was expected of you

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to keep up with your work, as soon as you fall behind, it'll be very very hard to catch up.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The subject material is very interesting and engaging, especially the labs (mainly dissections) that students had to partake in. However, the material was presented as a "story book", meaning that the professor read from her slideshows the entire time, which often lead to an increased amount of boredom.

    Course highlights:

The dissections were my favorite part of this course. The required dissections were a fetal pig, a goat eye, and a sheep brain and heart. Doing these dissections helped to complete the understanding of how different bodily systems interact and help sustain life of a living organism.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Please do all of the extra credit and be sure to study previous tests taken in the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I love how she offers extra credit. However, sometimes she talks and teaches about material that is not going to be on the test and that can become a bit confusing.

    Course highlights:

I love learning about meiosis and mitosis.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared. She uploads her power points online so printing them helps because she flies through the slides.
