    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Vick is a great professor and walks you through all the notes. She draws out diagrams and tells you the best study strategies to succeed.

    Course highlights:

While we learned a lot about details of biology, my favorite part was how Dr. Vick tied together concepts through the semester.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take diligent notes and pay attention during class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This introduction to biology class consists of a lot of details and information that is essential to all biological processes in everyone's/everything's lives.

    Course highlights:

I learned about a lot of different processes in this class over the course of the semester but each unit built on the previous unit and it all tied together in the end. So if you keep up with your studies and the assignments in this class it will all make sense.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

It is essential to always give the professor your full undivided attention and take LOTS of notes. Put your phone down, it will be there after class which isn't long. The professor sometimes covers materials in class that aren't presented on the power points. Also, always go back over the power points after class and take more notes, try to fully understand the material. If you have access to the book, read and annotate that as well. Last but not least watch videos!! Watching videos on biological concepts throughout the semester really helped solidify my understanding of everything.
