Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I absolutely loved this course, it teaches a lot of real world information that can help anybody.

    Course highlights:

I learned about mindfulness, how to manage and prevent stress, benefits of aerobic activity and so much more.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It seems like a lot of information at first but it is not bad at all. Also quizlet is your best friend, create one yourself before the tests study and I promise you will get a good grade.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would most definitely reccomend taking this course, however to get a spot you must register fairly early on during the registration period because it is a popular class. All of the exams are online, and the assignments that are given are pretty easy. As long as you do your work and show up to class (you don't really even have to take notes, just listen) you should get an easy A.

    Course highlights:

This course had so many wonderful aspects to it. Dr. Gramling suggests that if students are having a bad day, or tired, to just lay their heads down during class and take a nap. Throughout the course we also learned many stress-relieving techniques such as mindfulness, mindful breathing, muscle relaxation, Progressive muscle relaxation and meditation. Dr. Gramling is very passionate about this material and is very understanding when it comes to topics such and stress and bereavement.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The only advice I would give to students who are considering this course is to make sure you attend class and answer the clicker questions. They are really easy, and you get a point just for answering (even if it is wrong) and also boost your grade. Also make sure to be able to manage you time - that is important because a lot of assignment are online.
