    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course was fine but the proffesor ... not so much! If you are good at math you will ultimately love those course! It's very easy up until the last month and a half.

    Course highlights:

The very beginning of the course was very easy and slowed down !

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared for a lot of thinking and don't slack off, even if hot professor says it's okay to not come ... GO TO CLASS!!

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I have always struggled with math from a young age so I was nervous to take this class in college but this professor made sure we all knew what we were doing and was patient when we didn't understand something. I liked that the practice tests were very similar to the tests so that we knew what to expect when the exam time came. I would definitely take him again.

    Course highlights:

introduction to statistics which is what I am taking now.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Always come to class! if you don't, you will miss important information that you need to know for exams.

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone who has always wanted to know how to use higher level math skills in the real world. This course will teach you everything from voting methods to credit card debt to even puzzle solving, all things very useful in the real world.

    Course highlights:

I still believe the highlight of this course was learning a skill, like how to calculate credit card debt or loans, and being able to use that skill in the real world. As college and even high school students, we are never taught how to do basic yet rudamentary calculations that are crucial in life. For example, there is never a required course on how to do your taxes or figure out your mortgage or the best rate for your bank loan. Intro to Contemporary Math teaches you all of these things and more which is why I would highl recommend it to really everyone.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Overall, this course is fairly simple. Yes we learn all new concepts but the math itself is very easy. The key to success in this course is to actually show up and pay attention in class. You can miss one day and not know what us going on for te next 3 weeks. My advice would be to show up to every class, give the teacher your undivided attention, and actively participate in conversation with fellow classmates.
