    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend it because Professor Ruh, like many of the Professors on campus, is a very down to earth individual and is always willing to give help when you approach him with it. It is a hard class but with his help and guidance step by step and his light personality, it is not impossible to pass the class, as long as you take notes and ask questions!

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course was learning the 3 types of analyzing literature with ethos, logos, and pathos. It is without a doubt the hardest part of the course, but with the way that Ruh breaks down how each one works in very great detail it is a cinch to pick up on.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Notes, notes notes; also ask as many questions as you can. Also, if you need the help definitely go find Professor Ruh to make sure you understand the content. He has an open door policy that should not be passed up.
